It was both on the boards and by bball writers- especially when it looked like 3 year deals, but even after they were confirmed as 2 year guarantees a lot of people said the annual amounts were too much- they pointed at the amounts McGee and Dwight signed for, ha

Yeah, a lot of national writers were killing the Knicks signings before the team options were announced. I read some pieces picking at the Fournier deal even though Evan got the going rate for a player in his level. Yet, the same guys would hail the THJ signing. It is what it is.
