![]() I want Sexton. Cleveland will have to take the best deal available on draft day, especially if they take a guard. They don’t want to pay him.

![]() Think we already have a player similar to Sexton in Quickly.. would rather pair Quickly with Lonzo.. Vildoza can came off the bench and be interchangeable with either player.

This is sustainable if the player is James Harden, but brings push/pull with most other players. If the Knicks want him, he can be useful. But sign him to an offer sheet next offseason. Or trade for him at the deadline when his price has collapsed. He doesn't stop being useful if the Knicks have to wait until the trade deadline or next offseason. The Knicks can't win a championship if Sexton is the teams primary offensive engine. Also his decline phase will be sharp and brutal when it happens. And not winning a championship is perfectly fine if the goal by a franchise is just to put a fun product on the floor every night and generate positive buzz with fans and get in a few playoff games each year. If you want a ring in the next decade, Briggs, Sexton can't be your 1A or 1B. He's very useful. But he has trade offs. I don't know who Peter North is but if Briggs says I am much like him, then he must be devastatingly good looking. He's probably not as great of a dancer. Also I probably eat Oreos faster than he can. |

![]() After a wonderful intro I don’t have the “IQ is a sure fire allstar” as some of you pegged.
Very different type of player than sexton. Primary motive is to attack the basket. This roster has a long way to round out before opening day. Valdoza no lock to make the team. Team option on him making roster. Also might have a hand shake deal if not in rotation he be let free. He got paid by his euro team and by us last year. He’ll get a good look no doubt. He could be trade fodder or IQ as well if he can provide what we need. |

![]() Whatever the Knicks do to acquire sexton. I’m good. That’s RJ Randle Sexton Robinson core. That’s good for many years

Wow, an ex-pro athlete, Professor Emeritus MIT-level capologist, darkweb-level player analyst (we'll forget about that whole Ron Baker starting PG for your NY Knicks ****), eats pallets of Oreos with gorilla sized hands while wearing custom-made white dress shirts, and yet still so effete and sophisticated he knows next to nothing about porn. Anyway, I'd rather just develop IQ. Sexton doesn't seem to have any, beyond take ball, cut left, shoot. Occasionally pass to bigger guy for the alley to keep coach off my azz. Can't someone post any defensive highlights? |

Teams figured out iq— he lacks things a smaller player needs to be elite. Sexton has speed with his handle that changes games. Iq not in the same area code RIP Crushalot😞

![]() Im not sold on Sexton, but Sexton is closer to Trae Young than IQ is to Sexton.

![]() sexton will be a liability on defense that the better teams will expose. He'll bounce off of picks
I agree he, RJ, and Randle will be improved talent over last year (anything is when omitting Elf) but we need to get a grip on reality and realize that will be as good as it gets because those three will have huge contracts dominating our cap (5)(7)

Sort of like balling your fists and staring on D in the previous clip. But at least he made the Shaqtin list. Whatever... I started to look up his advanced stats but got bored. As others have stated, he's better than Elf. |
