IQ and Payton can switch on defense. And it isnt like IQ tiny. He may be on she short side but his reach is long.

We have 4 on the team (or 5 PGs, if you count Rivers, let's not count him, and say 4) before and after the trade.

No, I'm going with some common sense, straight forward take that says Frank and DJSr were out of the rotation. For me Rivers is a combo guy who had some ball handling responsibilities but really isn't a PG on the team.
Elf and IQ are the main PGs on the team before this trade. They haven't played substantial minutes at all together and playing them at the same time as a part of a rotation would be insane
