Frank for the most part has been part of the rotation.
If Smith lights it up, shows the large disparity in talent between the leagues.
So many guys can "Light it up" in the Gleague but can't in the NBA.
Somtimes its defense and rebounding that keeps guys on bench.
Not discussing Frank anymore. His games speaks for itself.
