The problem is Peyton can't shoot and almost will always turndown at least 5 wide open 3's per game, he doesn't push the pace, and doesn't solve the spacing problem, and if your not going to shoot 3's at least be 55% from everywhere else.

Frank doesn't solve any of our problems at pg, this is the 5th coach that told you this.

For me, nothing has changed. At least not day to day like some. Payton is still getting to the basket at a high rate and is the best PG we have. Unfortunately. He has had good games and some bad. Our biggest problem is not Payton its our 3pt shooting. As we saw when Burks, Bullock, RJ and Quick were hitting their three's, no one was complaining about Payton. He actually flourished because of it. Frank does not change that. He would be turning down more looks form three and driving and scoring a lot less than Payton. If we are going to knee jerk guys to be benched, it should be the ones that were EXPECTED to be able to hit 3's.

As for Harper. Why do fans always point to the 15th guy? Like they are not getting a chance in practices? Why would a coach let a guy get minutes over guys he is not outplaying in practice? Just because fans think they should? Harper is obviously not as good as Payton or Quicks. Remember Baker getting $2 million just cuz fans thought he deserved it.

This whole rocking ship will shift as soon as we get Burks back and he hopefully continues his good shooting. As we saw during the winning streak, good shooting is contagious. Just like bad shooting has been during the losing streak.

Lol. Yes, I was worried we might end up with the 4th or 5th seed during winning streak. We still need one more high draft pick before I think this team has the talent to start winning. Dallas looks like they are making the playoffs, so a lottery pick would help. Give Payton 25 mins a game. Lol. Quickley should get 23 mins. While he can play, he will make enough rookie mistakes that he should not greatly improve the record this year.

Some fans need a scapegoat. Last year Randle was the main one. Cut Payton and it will have to be someone else.

“Cut” is the issue. No reason to cut the guy. But having him next to Barrett, Randle and Robinson isn’t really effective. I just want to shake up the rotation a bit.
