And if Herro was a knick and Barrett was thriving in Miami (which he would be) you would want to do the opposite. Right now the Knicks are 5-6 and Barrett has been the team's second best player. I think you have to pump the brakes.

Reports are saying Houston is asking for Simmons as the center piece of a trade from Philly and perhaps Kyrie (not sure they want him now) as the centerpiece of a trade with nets. RJ is nowhere near the level of those players to be a center piece of a deal for a player of Harden's caliber.

Hell f’ing no. Did you see how out of shape he is? He’s older now. That’s going to completely bite him in the ars sooner than later. He is right down there with Kyrie.

First game? How did he do against the Lakers last night? How has Houston done the last 5 games? Or every tough playoff series? Despite years of having several very good players on his squad. The point was that there is no question the guy can score but the drama and the lack of defense has proven not to be a winning combination. But okay, lets see the Knicks convince Harden to come here. Newsflash. Fat players are far more injury prone and less likely to be able to last the season. It’s a big deal.
