I would make that last year player option if he needs enticing.We would need to do this deal before start of season as I suspect he will be much improved this year after he bulked up. If we are foolish we let him sign Qualifying Offer and then likely lose him to a team like the Bulls, Heat, or any other defensive minded team that would love to have him.
I think this will be Frank’s breakout year and we will regret doing a 1 or 2 year deal.
He’s RFA after next season. If Frank goes nuts and plays like Ron Artest in his prime we can match any offer
