I think he can cross to the 4. These guys are all 4-5s anyway/- most of them

You haven't been paying attention. No, he hasn't shown he can guard college 4s, forget about pros. He's a center at this point, and he still has improvements to make defensively there.

Looking at that, I see Mitch doing the same things.

Looking at that, I thought he was playing the UltimateKnicks all-stars.

I'm still trying to find the video that showed his weaknesses - this has them about halfway through.

The fact he played 3 games or whatever, hurts. But, I just see a really big guy that to me, doesn't have the grace on the court that Mitchell Robinson has. To me, he'd be a downgrade with hope of potentially becoming better than Mitch is.

If Ball is there when we pick, I think I pick him first, then if he is gone, look at next available BPA.

If the Knicks get No#1 overall, hypothetically, they should trade back, if they can find a trade partner.

They would more likely find a trade at the No#2 or No#3 slots depending on who went first overall if they didn't get the top pick.

Those Wiseman Videos.......so impressionable!

My issue with ball is he does well and his father rises in his seat as he if has done forth brought our savior and won’t stop.........The mouth, the self promotion accolades.......Not in the garden. for all the shyt we been thru the garden is still a class act. No room for clowns.

can wiseman play D, including out on the perimeter? If not I'll pass. We've seen this movie before

i'd rather build a defense around a center, than an offense (at least in today's rules)

I think father Ball would be controlled a bit here. Fans here will actually get on his case if he is ****ing up team dynamics. This ain't LA

But the Knicks have needed a top-flight PG for the past 15 years, and I think Mitch is going to be a DeAndre Jordan type center next season. Ball has the potential to be the best PG we have had since Mark Jackson. I think the pick has to be Ball. The only way I draft Wiseman is if I had a trade for Mitch where we move up by trading Mitch and possibly getting Killian Hayes and a future pick. If we came out of the draft with Wiseman and Killian Hayes and a future pick, then I could get behind that move.

We need more than just a pg. The cupboard is bare. If Ball is off the board when we pick, I don't want the Knicks to settle for a PG just and leave a more talented prospect on the board because we 'need a pg'.

Picking Ball is not a matter of just "we need a pg." I think Ball will be a 20 pt, 9 ast, 5 rb, 1 stl, 1 blk, 45%, 36%, 80% type player in 2-3 years. That is All-Star production at the point position. This kid has his brother's ability to pass, but is far more creative with the ball, and has much better scoring instincts. Just like with Lonzo, he is going to have to work on his shot, but Lonzo has turned himself into a solid shooter, and I think Ball will be an even better shooter/scorer in a couple of years. I think Ball is the best player in the draft, and he and Barrett will give us a Washington Wizards-type back court combo in a couple of years. Wiseman is a good prospect, but I would not draft him at the expense of Ball, when we already have a pretty good center prospect in Mitch.

I would be nice if it were true, but history shows that lots of otherwise normal people often go off the rails bizarre when they get to NYK. And here we are talking Father Ball, he will take his grand circus act here to the next level. Life has not yet given him sufficient lessons to keep in line, like it did with Spree by the time he got here.
