we fired Phil for sucking. But there was a reason. He wanted to trade KP.
We fired him and we still sucked. So while you can blame him, we still sucked.
We fired Mill. We still sucked. MIlls kept his job because he was instructed to keep KP. Is it his “fault” KP became a bigger dick and then broke? No. But he gets fired because knicks sucked.
