Remember when Layden was against the Marbury thing? He fires Scott, hires Isiah and that week he does the Marbury thing. I hope this is not a case of Dolan asking perry to do what Mills was against.
cuz Dolan panic's. At this moment we have Dolan driving the bus. Perry is capable, but the question is what is he being asked to do?
What was the reasoning for his firing NOW? Is this because Dolan wants to blow it up with some empty starphuch or Mills was steadfast on another direction that might be fundamentally sound longer term?

NO, Im not celebrating. To me its just dysfunction continued. When we settle with a new president then perhaps I'll feel better.

So Dolan gives us the starphuch hope of Masai and will give up some compensation. The league will make that call.
once a guy wants to go its pretty much a gentlemans agreement.
If this is true, then perhaps Perry goes on the course of keeping assets flexible. One has to hope Ujiri might see the knicks in the current state of youth collection and with picks and cap space as a nice empty canvas to paint his next masterpiece.

certainly inclined to agree but Nalod is not wrong and if this means Dolan is somehow pulling the strings its not good. We will know soon enough.

I hate Dolan as much as the next guy... but he's bound to pull the right string eventually. If i don't have faith in that belief as a Knicks fan then i have nothing.
