My father has stage 4 pancreatic cancer and James Dolan let us sit in *his seats* because it meant something to my family. I frequently disagree with James Dolan and his basketball operations but I don't question the man's heart. I imagine its difficult to run the Knicks in NYC, especially when everyone has a loud opinion. I can personally vouch that he's a good man...

if I had a chance to speak with James I would let him know that he needs to develop a relationship with the press. I think sometimes he treats the press as the enemy and as a result he doesn't get favorable basketball coverage. I think the big reason he gets treated poorly is because he hasn't interacted with anyone, so myth becomes fact and now he's in a position where he's always on the defensive. I'm also a big Rangers fan and James has been a great hockey owner. Unfortunately though I don't think he got off to a great start with the Knicks and things have just compounded

Wow, didn't realize they were his seats. That's amazing

Other than the lack of Winning, his affection for Isiah and beef with Oak, Jimbo is a not a terrible guy.
Really on the evil scale, he does not tank tall.
Pun intended.
He is an entitled little snot, but that is his worst trait. His shareholders like him.
JR smith is loved by some, and his arrogance killed his best friend.
Melo blew out his marriage. Some here will defend him to the end of time.
Patriot fans love Kraft. Team cheats, he is gross, and they are evil but winning makes it all ok.
Knicks win, we don't care.
Oak has a nice list of public activities that align with what he did in MSG. I'd be surprised if he won.
Maybe it boils down to who wants to spend more on defending themselves. Dolan is stupid that way.

I didn't realize until I thought about it afterwards but yeah they were his personal seats. Section AA Seats 1-5. He tends to sit on the baseline by the opposition's bench.

I can't get the photo to work through Google Drive and the forum, but here is a picture of dad holding the tickets

As am I. Bottom line is he wants the team to fail we want the team to succeed. Go take a walk Oak, your time has come and gone.

Does anyone care about what Oakley says to the media anymore?
Nixluva is posting triangle screen grabs, even when nobody asks - Fishmike. LOL So are we going to reference that thread like the bible now? "The thread of Wroten Page 14 post 9" - EnySpree
