Fortunately you are not Knicks GM so are all other impatient clueless Knicks fans.

Nixluva is posting triangle screen grabs, even when nobody asks - Fishmike. LOL So are we going to reference that thread like the bible now? "The thread of Wroten Page 14 post 9" - EnySpree

That's why you should be concern about Janis/KP..

I know if I'm KP, I'm definitely requesting a trade if they don't get him some major help by 7/1/19

Or i'll be even smarter and sign the max extension then request a trade..

KP will be a huge asset in the trade.
We can get 2 1st and good player plus a couple of 2nd rounders.
But I doubt it. Knicks will match anything unless they will know that KP is not healthy enough.

Knicks 'To Be Aggressive' for Anthony Davis, Could Deal Pick
Bleacher Report | Jan 28 1 0
Boston. Los Angeles. Those are the two cities you hear most regularly when discussing Anthony Davis' future destination.

Just don't count out New York.

"You're gonna see the Knicks try to be aggressive here now," ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski said Monday on Golic and Wingo. "If you're the Knicks, Kristaps Porzingis is a player who New Orleans would have to believe they could re-sign if they traded for him. And he may not be open to that. So, if you're the Knicks, the best chance you have is getting the No. 1 overall pick and being in a position post-lottery time where you could tell the Pelicans, 'Hey, you can have Zion Williamson, you could rebuild with him.'"

I would do this in a minute

Would not trade Zion or consider our 2019 draft pick (unless out of top 3) for AD. He's 26 and offers similar game to KP. If he or KP gets hurt (again) - at least with a young Zion you still have a future. If the Pels were offering AD for KP straight up I would probably have to do that b/c of KP's injury status - but that ain't happening! Pass!

and per agent...he wants to go in a place where he can win...with no marquee FA already signed with Knicks, how does an exchange of KP for AD help AD?

It doesn't - but Pels could decide since he's leaving they would trade him where they want to and may find KP enticing (they don't have to trade him to one of his desired teams)

I think the Knicks can really put together a compelling package either way.

I know Davis wants to compete this season, but he's already injured and the package the Lakers are offering isn't all that special. Lonzo, Kuzma and a #1. Kuzma is a nice player, but Lonzo is unknown and plays the same position as Holiday who is grossly overpaid.

If the Knicks offer, Robinson, Frank, Knox, Lee or THJR, #1 pick and a couple of second rounder that's as interesting a package. Is that too much? Really hard to tell, if you have AD and KP to pair with Dotson, Trier and cap room to go make a pitch to Leonard or Durant, that's a pretty tough team to compete with.
