Jeff has good credentials. He is very competitive and with Sloan as his mentor, there is no doubt he understands the game.

The team has a good offense. They were better this year with spacing and open looks. They cannot get more in transition because they don't have those types of players. It is something that needs to be fixed. Also the D needs improvement - again need those types of players.

Does a coach have to have a household name to be considered, just like JVG, there's tons of assistants who just have gotten an opportunity.

Does experience count? What happens when your boss fires you for someone who's never worked you job "But might be worth and opportunity." I am sure you would be good with that. Your coworkers wouldnt care right? Give some new blood a chance right? Any "real world" reasons that might not make sense?

The team plays with no heart, no desire, no effort, no logic, and they certainly don't play hard, now if JH isn't responsible for that, then the FO who gave him those type of players are.

Noah did almost everything you can do wrong his first season, after signing his ridiculously overpaid contract. The other stuff is ticky tacky considering the roster.

Hornacek made his share of mistakes, but t, wouldnt have made a difference with the roster turnover, and KP going out mid season. THJ missing a stretch.
