What are these players learning if they are committing the same mistakes over and over and over, and worse , there is ZERO ACCOUNT ABILITY, just a pat on the back...That's not real coaching. You see pop yank his entire starting 5 out after 5 minutes of of awful play.

Ideally, I'd love to find the next Brad Stevens but I don't know who that is.

Jeff runs a good offense. This team does pretty well offensively. I think they have improved this year. Defensively there is a disconnect. Is it the players fault or Jeff's? I think NY has too may guys that dont give the right energy on D or are just low IQ.

Rambis has had 2 years and there is no D improvement. AS the D coach, he definitely needs to go.

After the Noah incident (probably would have loss 18 straight instead of 17 of 18 if noah was around) i was done with JH
