Some studies have shown that it can improve endurance. I first tried it about 10 years ago. Started taking it for a few days, get it into my system. I remember playing bball in the park, had forgotten I had been taking it when I noticed that I could play longer, more energy. Took a little while to remember I had been taking these pills. Supposed to be very high in anti-oxidants as well.
Some companies tried marketing it for other things and got in trouble, but its claim to fame is endurance. Dont believe its a banned substance.
Please tell me your kidding?
Kidding? I will save that for your 3000 word conversations with yourself.
KP apparently suffered anemia as a child. Some studies have shown that pycnogenol helps increase the oxygen in your bloodstream.
Ive read quite a few studies on the subject over the years, and have first hand experience as well. Believe its a supplement worth checking out.
Thats a great testimonial you gave. You have anemia? Nope. You a pro athlete with a staff behind you? Nope. You a pro who hired a physiologist to work on all aspects of this training? Nope.
There are 24 types of Anemia, you know what he has? Nope. I can go on and on.
My point is you can't possibly suggest a supplement when you don't know so much about him and all that he has done or is doing.
Am I talking about something that requires a prescription? No
Am I suggesting that anyone forgo their doctor in making these decisions? No
Does it really matter if I know what kind of Anemia KP had to make a suggestion on a message board? Fuck No.
He has trainers, doctors to answer those questions. This post doesnt change that. Its been shown in studies to improve performance, the results described as "promising". Ive experienced it myself. Thats all I need to know to recommend it. Dont need your permission.
Doesn't matter what subject, eventually there is a post from you about what qualifies me to offer an opinion on anything here. Dont need anything. Again, sports message board, not the New England Journal of Medicine.
