You are your record. The Knicks are a 8-6 team.

Every single team in the league has losses they really should have won and wins they had no business winning. It all balances out at the end of the day and you are what your record shows. We are not an elite team yet. We are somewhere between “ehh OK” and “solid.” If we were really a 10-4
Team, we wouldn’t have gotten handled at home by the Rockets that way and we wouldn’t have allowed that comeback by the Cavs, at home.

They keep this up, they'll be the should-be champions.

Its all variance.
We can win all games but probability of this is microscopic.
If we play without Kristap the probability to with any game is very low.
If we play top 10 teams in NBA the probability to win is low.
The rest is 50/50...
So if Kristap will play all games and we will maintain the current level we are winning 35 games max.

The better way to look at it is the first three games didn't represent who the Knicks really were and may have been a fluke. Making them 8-3 going forward.

I’ll sign off on that! Makes sense.

What the Knicks have become is more important. Stats like this are an example of what these players are getting done.

Cant be mad cuz we stole 2 Games this year ourselves.

How crazy would everyone be right now if we were 10-4?

Shoulda woulda coulda you are what your record is. Keep your shorts on.
From 12/27 til Feb 2 Knicks play 20 games with 16 on the road. Then tell me they shoulda been 10-4.

Dennis Smith would be on the list, but Dallas doesn't have any crunch time.

I don't understand.

Thats all anyone wants to talk about?

You can't say yeah man the Knicks are close. They are playing well....

No everyone wants to talk about 10-4...

Obviously we earned 8-6 by losing.

The point was to say the Knicks are playing good basketball and hopefully have a nice fluffy conversation.... but no everyone wants to be....

Anyway 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕

If they should be 10-4, why is their record 8-6?

I don't understand.

I agree with you and Bill Parcells

It's the NBA. No room for that "should be" shyt.

Get outta here.

This is a internet forum.... a place where we talk hypothetical all day everyday. I have something in my pocket.... here you go 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕

Your hypotheticals are trash.

You’re confusing the point. Statistically the Knicks should’ve been able to win in the games they had significant leads which is where the term BLOWN LEAD comes from. The Knicks failed to close out a couple of games that statistically favor teams with those leads. Being a team reliant on young players it’s understandable that they would make the kind of mistakes they did. Hopefully they can grow out of making those mistakes.

You are confused my man. Statistically, they lost those games.

When the final score is lower than your opponent, you lose.

Very simple.

Nixluva is posting triangle screen grabs, even when nobody asks - Fishmike. LOL So are we going to reference that thread like the bible now? "The thread of Wroten Page 14 post 9" - EnySpree

So we got fluffy conversations and pockets full of hypotheticals...

This really is a more efficient feeling 8-7.... it actually almost feels like 11-4.

The Knicks really should be 10-4
