Not sure but it would indicate Jeff and his staff are serious about emphasizing d. Noah is out for the first 12 games though so he won't be the starter on opening night.

Noah skill set and style is perfect for KP in the front court. The question is can he maintain his health. He came in out of shape and unmotivated for some reason last season after signing. His agility, intangibles, & passing are very much needed. If only he was 24.

Feel like Noah compliments KP, Willy or Kanter, brings the exact opposite of all 3.

Why the hell did they emphasize getting another big, Basically Willy isn't going to play

I'm assuming you mean Kanter? Don't think the Knicks emphasized anything, just the only match of salary and talent they could get in return.
