You have to know what you're doing, Phil didn't. Phil made a point of reminding people that he was trying to make the playoffs. He wasn't trying to be bad, his decisions made it turn out that way.

Hard to have evidence of Melo NOT being on team when he is on team. Although there was that Lin era when Melo didn't play much
