I'm kinda surprised for the young kid to pull out when he had to of known he was gonna go in the 1st round. Maybe he didn't get any guarantees from a team.

I don't see the upside either. He helped the Gators this year and made some big shots but he is a defensive liability and his offense isn't great enough to carry him.

I can see him going to the D League and learning the system and being a solid, smart reserve guard. Good size, length and athletic ability. Could be A younger more athletic version of Sasha n Kuz.

Not saying this isn't true but the kid has the BBIQ, size, length, skill and Elite athletic ability to play in the NBA! He's a worthy prospect to be a role player for this team looking for Triangle fits. As a UDFA I like the idea of bringing him in.

I watched him all year and he didn't display any elite athleticism that matched his tested numbers. There are too many good players other than him. He needs time in Europe.

Offensive Rating of 120 and Defensive Rating of 98.8. He was doing something right. The Elite Athletic ability is something that may be of more importance in the NBA as he has the quickness and agility plus the Hops and length of elite Prospects. He can stay here and be groomed in our DLeague system!

It had a lot to do with the entire team started to click because kacey Hill and chiozza started to excell and Ebunu was setting great picks and rebounding while elevating his finishing at the rim. Barry did a lot of great things and was a nice calming presence but his ratings are high partly because of the guys around him.

If you go to UF msg boards I doubt you will find many that thinks he is a NBA player.

That's fine but I don't go by those opinions. Some players actually fit better in the NBA game than the college system and some guys flourish in College but don't translate to the NBA!
