I don't think so. I hate to say it but this the norm. Its very rare that famous people stick it out together. He had to of known it was coming, anyways regular people who aren't rich and famous go through this also, the work place asks that you leave you personal life out of the business. This is just another excuse. there is going to be no revelation and Melo is all of a sudden going to make great passes and hold the ball less.

Not the part about him retiring or what ever. Your right, high profile wealthy rarely stay together. They are always off in different directions and sometimes having a kid is something that they instinctively want, but its often an "Accessory". Not to say they are bad people or bad parents, but they are committed to TV shows and other things. Parenting was a big part of our lives for a long time. I sacrificed part of my career to do it. I can't comment on them as parents as I don't know them or the child.

I would have a plan b Hofstra. Lived in fla for a long time, longer than I planned, very happy I finally left. Its 90 degrees and 90 percent humidity almost year round, the people are just like the stories you read about, and the Governor is insane, and turning over the state to polluters of all stripes.

Seriously, I would look at other places if it isn't too late. Not trying to be a buzzkill, cant tell you how many fellow refugees from NYC I met down there who came to the same conclusion. Best of luck whatever you decide.

Florida is awful place built on politics of real estate developers. Place if a freaken penal colony of dishonest service workers.
The weather turns men into soft people who get afraid of discomfort. I'll take 4 seasons. The humidity, bugs, swamps, smells and decaying bad construction with no topography is an awful mix.
Fake man made waterways lined with houses whose owners think they "Live on the water" is awful.
Granted, the barrier beachs on the Gulf coast keys are wonderful, and places where those beaches have thicker vegitation and soft sand are great. Basically Caribbean waters/beach on U.S. is a good mix. What im saying is if you have 5million or more for a house, or can make a living in the Florida Keys, its a good thing. Otherwise its dense like long island, lots of traffic, fake ass everything and dishonest business practices. Coming from NY the thought of sunny campus style corp. offices and it NOT being NYC or crowded suburbs I suppose is appealing. I'd pick GreenVille, SC, Charlotte, Raliegh, Greensboro, Ashville, and Wilmington NC over anyplace in florida. I would Jacksonville is OK and on the gulf in the panhandle. Its the "SOUTH", but its better than transplanted weather whore guidos and pastel hair product feminine Latin's all pretending to be Don Johnson!
Love me some Cuban food though!!! Good stuff!

I have family down there. They all gone soft on us.

At the end of the day its not like being on vacation. You get up, go to work like everyone else.

I will have to remember what a tough guy you are the next time you brag about your soft accommodations.
