Ok, wait, there is more!
saw this on InfoWars!
Alex Jones and Knicks1248 did some serious investigative stuff that I think Congress might have to create a comittee to look into pro sports anti trust exemption!

Check this out!!!

That noise you hear? "Ming blown!!!" I know, right?
Go ahead, connect the dots and then it hits you!!! All this time its been right there, right under our noses!!!!

Good. The AAU circuit is whats wrong with US hoops. That being said your point was Phil follows a pattern. He doesnt.

so you think the fact that all the guys he's brought in have all be establish is a coincidence?

He's going to go after the kid with the most experience, and a higher IQ..whats wrong with that?

Nothing but thats not what has happened. KP and Willy were not established. They played end of bench minutes with their pro clubs. They were only established in the youth league. Baker, Ndour, Plumlee.. guys who are undrafted FAs are generally 4 year college players. That is a talent pool Phil has looked to use. They are all going to be a bit older.

When its come to drafting Phil took kids with upside over "established" players.

Jesus, I try to give phil a little props, and you guys will find away to twisted around like a pretzel..

I don't know about upside, where's thansis and Early, and Galloway seems to be a throw in. looking at the 2nd round, after willy, almost none of the remaining picks even made a roster

most dont. Thats not on Phil, thats just numbers. Thanasis was unskilled athletic freak. Langston was a skilled player with no athleticism.

Sorry if you think I am twisting anything. You started a thread indicating Phil follows a pattern. He doesnt and there isnt one.

I think he was actually trying to give props to Phil on this thread, but like most of his posts made a complete mess of it. There's no pattern and it's way too early to say Phil does this or that. He has 2 good draft choices. That's all.

You know what that means, right?
Yep, 4 quarters to a dollar!
4 quarters in an NBA Game!
4 divided into a 12 minute quarter is 3!!!! x 2 is 6!!! Thats KP's number!!!!
Im seeing a pattern!!!
N'dour with 2 pro teams and 2 DLeague is.....4! Shazaam!!!!
Phil drives a car with, yep, 4 tires!!!! Pattern solved! New world order stuff here!!!

Can we just list thus thread under the "alternative facts" section in the Forum index?

Here are all the players Phil has drafted:
Round 1:
KP

Round 2:
Thanasis
C Early
Labeyrie
Willy

KP... nobody on the board you would choose over him and plenty of pressure to take other players.
Thanasis/Early: A couple of athletic wings who didnt stick.
Willy: at the worst a rotation player. Brandon Jennings called him a young Marc Gasol.
Labeyrie: interesting potential role player. He's had a breakout season of sorts. He's 24, finally getting minutes and putting up 10ppg, 8rpg and shooting 62% in 22 minutes per game.

Its a really small sample size but that is pretty damn good. Really hurts that Phil didnt have more picks to work with. The draft has been a strength.

You might as well and throw Grant in there if you are including Willy.

I'll add at least Baker and Plumlee to this (maybe N'Dour) since they were "like" drafts. Great value for where "picked". And if they don't count as draft picks then they count as an area where Phil has done well with FAs

Thing about Grant is that most folks around here just loved that pick...some said it saved us from having a failing grade in the draft...yet KP and Willy were clearly the superior players in that haul.

Phil is to old to watch college ball .. Phil's scouts dont know young creative talent, Phil was lucky to get Grant in the trade for Hardaway, Galloway wouldve earned his position in the NBA from any D.League team ...And KP is still 50-50 on the BOOs he receive on draft night.

Boos on draft night? You mean from the 14 year old drunk knick fans?
Remember the kid who was crying? Actual back story was he was the smartest in the room and was crying not because he was upset.
It was he was overwhelmed with JOY!!!!
When you get a unicorn, you cry.
Phil only drafts 4 years of college
