Draft Express has him at 8 right now. Draft.net has him 7th. I think the tournament will determine a ton about the ranking in the top ten.
The Elfrid Payton similarity is there, though... to me that's the low end of what he can be, I think he can be a lot better, but he's got similarities. I definitely see a little Rondo in him, and a little Schroder. He can be a piece on a good team, but probably not the focal point a guy like Ball or Fultz would be.
