Starks said himself that he's really 6'3"-6'4"... the nba messed it up and never changed it.

OK but in Jackson you have one of the great ball handlers of all time and in Monk a guy who struggles with his handle. If Monk had Jacksons handle he'd be an obvious PG but right now it remains a big ? If he can convert to that spot.

How about Tony Delk who I think put up 50 once at UK.
