and if you don't want him back, it makes more sense to trade his expiring contract than to lose him for nothing.

For another contract of equal value? FOr assets? For trade assets? Or let him expire but who is available? Griffin? Drue Holiday?

Is the PHO training staff different now than 5-6 years ago? Games missed by a team can't alone really prove or disprove how good a training staff is. I remember the Knicks at one time seemed notorious for misdiagnosing injuries and reporting guys being out for a week and it ends up being two months.

Why not look it up yourself. We had a comment that spoke to a bygone era.
What was the roster like? Kidd, Sheed and Baron Davis?

IN a city with some of the best drs. in the world, who and what makes up a good staff?
Famed orthopedist Dr Norman Scott over saw the team until 2004 and then Dr Lisa Callahan took over as head physician, but to over see all phases of health.
Was it the players like H20, Ewing and LJ at fault, or the drs.? Fans like to assign blame on the Doc.

Pippen had back issues and played through them. He eventually opted for surgery one of the few that didn't lose anything from his game after back surgery.

Wouldn't Baker be the best choice to earn some burn? He has the size, had the knowledge, and is already here. In fact, that is why he is on the roster.
Thats no guarantee he succeeds, but if Phil thought another was better, he would have him.
If your going to develop players, one has to be patient. Baker did some good things the other night.

Baker is better than he's looked so far IMO. The kid needs some time to adjust to the NBA level. I like his toughness and I think he can give some decent minutes off the bench once he calms down. He's not a PG but I think he can function well in the Triangle.

Don't you think he should be dominating the DLeague? Or at least be doing well?
