Oh my goodness i didn't think anyone could make a worse trade than Briggs did but you just did it. We can't give away 1st round picks.

So true, picks are wayyyy to valuable now we have Kristaps and need young talent to put around him. Even if we can trade for a legitimate proven player with those first round picks, not a still unproven Wcs.

yet hes still young and talented. thats exactly why the kings would laugh at acquiring KOQ.

kings need shooting...shockingly, affalo and mclemore arent cutting it

besides if we did acquire WCS does that mean were contenders? if anything it would mean that phil made a mistake paying noah $72 mill. which is exactly why this trade wont happen

If Phil acquired WCS it could make the Noah deal actually work by having a big that can take up the slack because Noah only plays a little over 20 minutes.

ahhh great point!!

Knicks should be improved: win about 40 games and maybe sneak into the playoffs. Melo, Rose and even Noah will have some nice moments however this team should be about PORZINGUS. the sooner they make him the primary player, the better

You wouldn't get him if you didn't. Nobody, not even Vlade, is giving the Knicks Cauley Stein for O'Quinn. Adding NDour, Baker, Plumlee, Sasha, Kuz etc. to the package wouldn't get it done. Cauley Stein is an intriguing talent. If he is on the block they will get a good package for him.
I'm tired,I'm tired, I'm so tired right now......Kristaps Porzingis 1/3/18

i agree!

While I absolutely hate giving up future draft picks. WCS is only in his 2nd yr and was a lotto pick. The hesitation though is if he has enough offensive talent as the ball will be put in his hands here.

I saw a recent kings game. Was not impressed w WCS

I like Willy way more

I'd be more interested in a defensive forward. -- eg like lance was last year

I dont necessarily categorize WCS as a 5. In college you could say 4-5 but he could get out on smaller players--take a look at some video. The 2017 pick is gold--not interested in speaking about that with anyone. 2019-2020--I like the model of giving up a pick with TOP 20 protection and the picks conveys to a couple of 2's after 2-3 years. Say Oquinn a 2019 protected to 20#1 is a reasonable offer. Im not going to overpay--Ill give a reasonable offer and maybe I can negotiate the protection just a tad.
But this team needs defense BADLY If we had Stein I dont think Toronto wins yesterday even if we had him playing 20 minutes. Im obviously not looking to replace Willy---a 4 man rotation of Noah Willy KP and Stein would be pretty good and young. We can focus our 2017 pick and cap space next year on guards and 3's.

RIP Crushalot😞
