I think we will see the center or apex of the triangle be a bit higher in the post vs deeper and trying to get low post position. If you do this, you can space the floor out with the Triangle and keep players in threat to be 3 point shooters if left open.
The thing is many teams have jumped on the 3 point heavy dosage usage. It's about having good enough 3 point shooters and also taking the right type of 3 pointers. I like the way Kristaps and Jose get their 3 point looks. I don't like Melo taking many 3s because of how they usually come (isolation a or quick heat checks).
Another key this coming season will be Porzingis improving as a shooter. He has a great looking stroke but his 3 point percentage numbers are not great. Has to become a much more consistent threat from out there. And we need to sign a player in free agency who is good at making these shots.
