Boston, Toronto, Atlanta, Charlotte, Detroit, Indiana are nice but nothing to write home about; they would never sniff a playoffs matchup against a healthy LAC, SAS, OKC, GSW.
Cavs are peerless in the East really.

When they're on their game they're dynamite. But they have a habit of wilting in playoffs
