Our turnovers went through the roof after Calderon went out.

This game sounds like every other game he's played in.

Solution?

Kid needs to add 15-20 lbs. He needs to work on his defensive fundementals. Everything else will come after he gets in the gym and adds some grown up weight. I can't believe we're saying that about a 23 year old man.

People wanting him starting 5 games into the season.

I was one of those guys.I didn't realize how skinny he is. I also didn't anticipate him being this green. He's a 5 year college player. He was a monster in the tournament. He's playing like a kid that sat on the bench for one year in college and came out too early. Devin Booker is the 19 year old that everyone thought came out too early. In fact he is playing like a future allstar. Jerian Grant should be on Mudiay, Russell and Booker level. He is possibly years away. I'm hoping that's not the car. We hand to pencil him in as a major rotation player next year.

I wish that we could see Trice on a 10 day but it won't happen. He's looking good!

Dude is 24 years old. He should be stronger than this already. Grant needs to get into that Jeremy Lin workout that got him stronger. Lin had the same problems in his first year in the league with GS.

Oh, it's the Grant/Eny Gamethread, I like it.

I don't know why but I still like Grant. He is quick, has shown me enough that he seems like he can stay in front of his man if he learned just a bit more. Gets to the rim but just doesn't know what to do. Has his head up all the time and makes passes. Tried a floater or 2 but failed, but he knows he needs to get those shots.

He is tall and quick. He can't shoot. He can't finsish well at the rim.

I still like his physical abilities and just needs to improve. A lot.

I hate Gallo.

I don't see it, i wish i did see it but last nights game wasn't a good one for him. His shot is still bad and he still stops dribbling and still jumps in the air and throws crazy passes. I'm rooting for this kid as much as anyone but the way it looks is that if he does ever become a legit player it's still at least 3 years away. Now of course i'm just a fan on a message board so i have no idea if it's gonna take 3 years or with a off season of working hard he couldn't come in a totally different player but i do know that he has a ton of work to do but if he gets the minutes that it's being talked about that he's gonna get for these last 6 games then it could help for next year.

I haven't given up on the kid because he's been put in a tough situation with this team and just hope that we stick with him long enough to really see what he can turn into and not give up on him too early.

He's been finishing much better with his layups since Cleamons has been working with him cause for a while he was getting to the rim and missing easy layups.

Ready for what? To play major minutes in the last 10 games of a meaningless season? What the fuk do you have to lose? It can only help his development next year by playing mor minutes this year. Its not rocket science.

fishmike 9/27/2024 11:00 PM Ug I hate this. The idea of Towns is great until you see what a pussy he is. Jules is a dog. DD was a flamethrower locked up cheap for 3 more years. First Leon move I hate

You want to Play him more but when a guy is falling to the ground untouched while driving to the basket, you have to question whether he's even an nba caliber player. You say is not rocket science but you have to run a professional team. Grant has to at least prove he belongs. He's not there yet. If it's not rocket science then where is chris smith? Sign me and play me 30 minutes in 2 years l'll be ready to play.

i am not sold on Grant but there's no reason to play Jose these last few games. let the hungry youngster take over the last few games and see what we get.
Nixluva is posting triangle screen grabs, even when nobody asks - Fishmike. LOL So are we going to reference that thread like the bible now? "The thread of Wroten Page 14 post 9" - EnySpree
