The team needs more that just good players? You would think this was the Scott Layden or Isiah years the way some of you talk.

The team is overall garbage and it shows in the results. Similar to those regimes we're even rotation coaches yearly. We have draft picks, that's the only difference.

We had Fisher but it turns out he's more of a douche than the role model he he pretends to be....and then there's Phils brother from another mother Rambis. Not exactly a coaching carousel. Phil hadn't even been here that long. We are healthy team building. Layden was a complete idiot. Isiah was too arrogant. Phil so far so good. He's going to need the same time anyone else would need to rebuild.
