If you have a migraine there is no way in hell you could play basketball. Sometimes people have really bad headaches and assume they are migraines but they aren't. A true migraine incapacitated you. I'd think it's pretty near impossible to play through a full on migraine. |

A lot of times if you have a migraine you are sensitive to light and heat and stuff like that. If it were me, and I ran and exerted myself with a migraine I'd vomit everywhere. So it's not just pain tolerance but other factors as well. I can barely even open my eyes when I have a headache as everything starts spinning. |
