He moves so well wihout the ball, would like to see DWill use that more for open jumpers, not just flushes.

There are actual actions built into the offense to get him good shots off down screens.

Im sure there are with all the variations to this system, has to make the most of them. I have no idea if he's coming back or if Phil will want to spend the money. Hope he does if it doesnt break the bank. I get the feeling that if Grant can get his act together, Grant/KP/DWill will be very dangerous in transition.

That arc on Melo's shot has looked better, pretty flat tonight

Grant is such a good slasher and finisher on the break--a missing element on our team.

We only gave up 11 points in the opening quarter--a season low--but was it great defense or terrible offense? I think the latter. Lakers look dreadful.

I want DWILL back too. With improved guard play he can be more dynamic. That's why I'm hoping Wroten can earn a spot cuz he lives to run and the fast players will run with him.

Sounds like Moral Victory territory, but even Grant's misses look better. He isnt falling away when its off the dribble or a set shot, better form, release.

Also, whenever he's received considerable playing time, he's proven he's an above average rebounder. He already has 5 in the opening quarter.

Knicks guards have to dribble the ball and move the defense! If the defense overplays a post up you don't have to stand there trying to force it in there. Call for a screen and create something JESUS!!!

Here's one reason I don't like the triangle: the opposing team knows your spots and knows you want to feed it into the post. In the last couple of minutes, the Lakers were pressuring the post not allowing the entry pass and the offense stalled. Rambis called a timeout out of frustration. How do you combat that with the triangle?

And Jose and Sasha right back in 3 minutes into the 2nd quarter with Grant benched. Rambis is too much, man.

There are rules for that! You read the overplay and move yourself or the ball or call for a screen but you don't get stagnant!
