This is also a reminder that we have a team full of solid backup players.....around Melo and KP. I never thought of AA as a starter. So when he has up and down games, it's really no surprise to me. Same with Gallo and the older version of Calderon. All these guys are really meeting expectations. We needed these guys to exceed expectations in order to make some playoff noise. AA has been a 6th man type his entire career.....I thought he would be a nice NBA starter for us, but he still seems like he's a better 6th man type.....But for the price, he was the best option at SG.

But I agree that he was upset about other things, right before that play. Gallo's turnover was bad, and I'm sure AA was saying, yall should've gave me the ball instead of forcing it to Melo. Then when Calderon made that pass to Gallo, you have to understand AA must be going crazy by now watching all this stuff unfold, following the charge call....

Why? I thought there was a defender very close to AA at that point. Gallo was just open.

Gallo has hit some clutch shots for us since we've had him especially last year and when he put that shot up i truly thought it was gonna go in and i hardly ever feel good about last second shots like that but i had faith in Gallo.
