Either Galloway or Grant would accomplish that. Galloway's only 24, and it's his 1st full year in the league. He can improve, now not as much as say Grant could, but he could better understand NBA defenses and where to attack and how to run the offense. I'm a Galloway fan, really think he's a great fit for both sides of the ball. However he needs a SG next to him who can share the point guard duties, which Afflalo really doesn't do as much. Afflalo's more of a pure scorer.

This should be the evolution of Aflalo's game. I am sure Phil will force him to understand that. The coaching need to start asking of him to play more like a distributor. Before some of you criticize me for putting the onus on the coaching staff, please Remember that is their job; exactly what they ar paid to do
