where is the improvement? all the hype with marbury and they had the same record they had the year earlier. Its a lot of hype, but you gotta give it some time. Allan was hurt and chemistry blew up. Team last year was not ready for prime time. Gazy even made the fool.

I think just the injection of youth will help the team and create sense of urgency. Guys like sweets can really set a youthful exuberence. Also, what happened under laydog which is not discussed often is the lack of urgency. Those bloated vets were getting minutes and no youth to push. If the vets suck, you got Sweets, Frank and Ariza now to eat minutes. If the team blows up. then the rookies play. That never was an alternative.

The culture is changeing for accountablilty from EVERYBODY.
