Im sure ATL thought to themselves that it must have been the environment in NY that was largely responsible for Timmy's freefall, and that a change of scenery would do him good. Sure did the Knicks some good.

When Hardaway first got here and Melo was going through his 4th quarter slumps, THJ was the most clutch player on the roster. Unfortunately that early success, making the all rookie team (one of them) seems to have gone to his head.

i dont think hardaway got too arrogant at all. I think it may be lack of confidence. Even though im happy with the trade i still hope timmy can put it together eventually

From what Ive read he was a major Diva.

maybe he was but the media does make a lot of things up so who knows

The results speak for themselves.

that doesnt prove he was a diva. I dont like to trash former knicks unless i got solid proof. The point is im very happy with jerian grant, i was a big fan of his since notre dame. As far as timmy i hope the best for him. HOWEVER if he really is a diva then he deserves all the criticism

The results prove he should have listened to his coaches and found ways to contribute other than jacking up shots without a conscience. If Timmy tried to play D, took it to the rim more often,he might still be here. No way I believe that he wasn't told to do things other than launching bricks. Grant is here so it worked out for the best.

Sort of surprised he's struggled this much in Atlanta. I actually thought he might make us regret trading him a little. I'm hoping he can figure it out..

But dang I still love that Jerian Grant trade.

We could actually use a player like Timmy if he had his game right right now. We need that athletic guard that can shoot the 3 ball lights out. A JR Smith with his head right would be perfect for us right now.

That would be too funny! TH gets us KP, gets traded for Grant, and then comes back to be a big cog in our rapidly rising team. You could turn this into a movie but no one would ever believe it.

the only people who are so shocked about Timmy are the one who grossly overrated him.

Timmy or Jimmer ---- who would you rather have on the bench as our 12th guy?

All rookie team to dleague fall that quick is very surprising, even for a former knick.

Ouch. I actually feel bad for the guy. Hope he can turn things around.
We actually owe him a lot of gratitude, without his end of the year shooting miracle, we might not have gotten KP
and then he is the reason for Grant.
