Basically when a guy is not playing well after he has you don't ruin your chemistry and trust factors by just "Trying Shyt". If you screw guys they won't trust you.
If your building a culture that promotes players improving you don't just bring in guys on a whim and see how they do after 18 games.

Good players find their way out of slumps. If he can't, that's a different story but we talking a few games right? I don't know what our plans if any are for Jimmer but calling him up and putting him in front of other guys after 18 games is how you lose your locker room.

When you are shooting better than Steph Curry from three through the first couple of weeks of the season you are having a great run. Count the games or dont, Galloway had been playing well for more than a month, then he dropped off the face of the earth.
