Oh really? Interesting.

I'd love to beat Houston. I dislike that team.

Don't think he plays back to back games these days.

7th in the league in opponents FG%

1st in the league in opponents 3pt fg%

5th in the league in opponents adjusted fg%

8th in the league in opponents points per game

8th in the league in rebound differential

Impressive to see the type of improvement you feel you're seeing supported with the numbers.

The forth quarter meltdown needs to stop

I still don't understand why KO isn't playing. The guy produces every time he is out there

You know what needs to happen in order to blow or nearly blow solid 4th quarter leads?

You need to have solid 4th quarter leads on a regular basis.

As fans it would be easy to take having 4th quarter leads for granted, and focus only on the negative part, but as NY Knicks fans that would be unseemly of us.

Big picture fellas.

The keeping the leads is a much easier fix than getting the leads.

It's a process. I'll take the BIG step already taken and look forward to improvement as the season continues.

Exactly.

This happens a lot in the NBA. It's a game of runs - a losing team within 10-15 points will almost ALWAYS make a run of some type. The Knicks could have finished a few plays better and had a few less ROLO turnovers to make it less of a nail biter - but they did hold on.

All those comebacks we had in 2013-4 that fell short? We're on the other side of those right now.

Fisher needs to get better at calling timeouts in the 4th quarter. At the 6:58 mark, the team had just gone down and not scored on two possession and OKC came down and scored. The team was not running any type of offense, except GRant was trying to run some high screen and roll action that was simply not working. Fisher should have called timeout, but instead let Grant dance around aimlessly and we missed another shot. There was no Melo or KP in the game. OKC then came down and scored again before Fisher finally called a timeout. Fisher needs to be more aware of when the team is in trouble in the 4th quarter.

However, I do agree with the last poster that it is good to have this problem instead of constantly being blown out in games.

Trust the Process

As long as Fisher is learning from all these things who cares? We won. Lets look ahead to carrying this momentum against Hardens team today.

Fisher needs to adjust the bench rotation; specifically, in second half of games. It is not productive to have all bench players on the floor when we have a lead. Aflalo or Carmelo must always be on my he floor with that group.

The one other big change that must take place is a replacement of RoLo and Calderon with KP and Langston. Those two can help spread the floor

Thank God Fisher is no longer our coach, now let's get Calderon out of here:)
