Indy lost its entire starting front court. I like PG13, but I'm not sure he moves the needle any more than Melo does on a team's record. If you compare the rest of the rosters, you could argue Knicks have a stronger roster than Indy. It's very close - I think each team will be neck and neck.
Also, a lot of people expect continued improvement from the Bucks (as do I), but they're a young team and young teams sometimes don't develop on a straight line. Also, Monroe is gonna kill their frontcourt defense.
paul george is an elite glue player, an elite playmaker and defender. and a superb character guy.
if he can raise his 3-point shooting to closer to 40% he will become mvp of the league one day, providing he returns 100%.
if i could i would swap melo for paul george faster than the speed of light.
