It doesn't and didn't matter but i can kinda see why some people were complaining about melo not showing up to a game just to let it be known that he came to a game but people took it waayyyy too far as like it would matter in the long run which it won't but a Melo showing would of been nice. I myself didn;t care at all that he didn't show up.

It's all damage control. Notice the same trend over and over.

Melo says and/or does something stupid and anti-team, then there is someone else later forced to do damage control for him.

Look at poor Jeremy Lin in an interview, clearly uncomfortable, during Linsanity, when the interviewer keeps asking "Well Melo pushd for you to play right? Right?" And Lin had to think about how he could angle it in his mind so it wasn't a lie and that this was some CAA softball session to make Melo look more heroic. (If you want to be a hero some night Melo, try playing some defense )

BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT IS EARNED.

Melo has been around too many stupid things said and done against team interests to have earned said benefit of the doubt.

Don't you guys get tired of this? This is what your a hoops fan for? To obsess about Carmelo Anthony's leadership? I guess in this Kardashian era I shouldn't be too surprised.
