Looking a bit wild in a SL game isn't much to worry about. He's got some much needed talents this team can use. Scoring, passing and breakdown ability.
Agree about Ledo. Not sure if Thanasis is an nba level talent. I don't think he is at this time. Hopefully he can make good money overseas and develop or the Knicks trade him to a team where he can have an opportunity. I think NDour looks like a better version of Thanasis and I am not sure if he is ready either.
Ledo is NBA ready. I think people may not realize what they're looking at with him. He's got a strange style that can make him look out of control but he's a guy that will draw a ton of fouls because of his ability to get into the teeth of the D and make his slithering moves to get to the basket. It's not pure speed with him but change of speed and handles that get him where he wants to do. We need that kind of break down ability on this team even if he may get wild once in a while, that wildness really makes a defense nervous kind of like Lance Stephenson in the playoffs for the Pacers a couple of years ago. A team needs an unpredictable guy in the mix.
I feel bad about Thanasis since he did sacrifice money to stay here and play in the D League but he's just not making the progress offensively to make him a great fit on the NBA level. He needs to really focus on his offensive skills big time cuz it's like he hasn't gotten better at all. I'll give him more games to see if it was just a single bad game but really it doesn't look good so far.
