Not a chance.

I think he will do better over there, and maybe be humbled a bit. They play the type of game he can do well in.

Makes you feel alive when your favorite team makes a good move!

I'm in complete happiness right now. Grant is perfect for us and Phil is doing a amazing job and shutting a lot of people's mouths right now and i love it.

I think Timmy would of done better with us next year as well once we put some talent around him but i love the trade for Grant.

Can anyone explain why Jerian Grant fell this low in the draft?

I don't watch basketball much at a collegiate level so the only highlights I have of Jerian are on Youtube and he looks fantastic - exactly what the Knicks need.

Yeah, definitely don't see that happening at all. Wasn't a big fan of Timmy's, sorry to say. Volume shooter, low IQ, no defense, weak handle, trouble creating his own shot, sulked and shrugged his shoulders when it wasn't going well. I really question how much he worked on his game too--at least with Shumpert, we knew he was working on his game--there were off-season videos, etc. What was Timmy working on? I also hated how he celebrated on each 3 he made, no matter what the score was -- throwing up the OK sign over his eyes with the 3 fingers out -- GTFO with that ish...Just get back on D, rook. Dude acted like he was in the league for years. To me, he's a fringe NBA player--there are better off-guards in the DL right now and that's a fact. Gotta resign Shved--that's one SG upgrade right there. Then there's plenty of guys out there we could get to fill in -- Scotty Hopson, Orlando Johnson, Kevin Murphy, Pat Connaughton in the 2nd round maybe (reminds me of a young Dan Majerle) -- all > Hardaway, inexpensive and easy to add. Great follow-up move by Phil after Porzingis.

I think you guys are right. THJ has shown flashes of greatness, but NY wasn't the place for him. Glad we moved on. Could end up being a good trade for both parties. In grant, we get a big guard who makes the people around him better. Best passer in the entire draft, and a great leader.

So we got the best shooter in the draft in zing, and the best passer in grant . Great job Phil the change has started!

1st round filled with all potential and international high reward picks. All the solid production picks that are sophomores or older go late in the 1st round and early second round.

Born in Brooklyn, Raised in Queens, Lives in Maryland. The future is bright, I'm a Knicks fan for life!

Gotta keep going. Go get me another player or two in this draft. We've got some assets left -- Galloway, Early, cash, a few trade exceptions...Get greedy here, Phil!

Look at the creating offense part and tell me you don't see James Harden in this guy.
