Career Highlights:
Ranks fifth in all-time assists at USC with 363. Earned All-Conference Second Team honors as a junior. Helped lead Under-20 Italian team to a bronze medal at European Basketball Championships in 2007 and was selected to the preliminary roster of Italian national team.
Junior (2008-09):
Ranked first in Pac-10 in assists (166), eighth in steals (48), and second in minutes (37.3 mpg). Ranked first on team in assists (4.7 apg) and steals (1.4 spg), second in free-throw percentage (.735) and three-point percentage (.376), third in rebounds (4.2 rpg), and fourth in points (12.3 ppg). Played all 40 minutes in all five of USCÃs postseason games and played less than 32 minutes just twice on the season. Scored in double figures in 26 of 35 games. Scored a career-high 26 points against California, and also scored 24 points against Washington. Dished out a career-high 13 assists against Oklahoma, fourth all-time in USC history. Made 11 free throws in two separate games, against Georgia Tech and Washington State.
Sophomore (2007-08):
Battled through injuries to average 8.6 points, 3.8 rebounds and 3.2 assists in 29 games. Led team in free-throw percentage (.823, fifth best in the conference) and ranked second in three-point percentage (.377). Scored in double figures in nine of 29 games. Posted a triple-double with 22 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists against South Carolina, the first recorded triple-double in USC history. Dished out 10 assists twice on the season, against South Carolina and Southern Illinois. Scored a career-high 26 points against Oregon along with six rebounds and six assists.
Freshman (2006-07):
Averaged 5.3 points, 2.9 rebounds and 2.8 assists while playing in all 37 games, including 16 starts. Scored in double figures five times on the season, including a season-high 20 points on 7-for-10 shooting in a first round NCAA Tournament win over Texas, while also contributing four rebounds and three assists. Dished out seven assists twice, in games against Bethune-Cookman and Longwood. Scored 13 points along with seven rebounds in his collegiate debut against South Carolina. Hit 11-for-11 free throws against George Washington en route to 18 points for the game.
Strengths: Large and versatile combo-guard with a good shooting stroke. Unselfish player who showed ability to run the point full-time as a junior.
