I can't see LA or Philly not going for one of the agreed upon top #3 guys. Even if Russell goes to LA, How does Philly say no to Okafor with Embiid possibly out again next year? However Orlando would love Porzingis and are so close to the knicks at #4 I doubt they would be willing to give up anything substantial to move 1 pick up. I am pretty sure Porzingis would be taken #5 by the magic. They are a young team who can spend the next 2-3 seasons letting him grow and he would fit great next to Vucevic. At #6 I am also pretty certain WCS would be taken because Demarcus Cousins loves him and they have that UK connection. So at #7 https://www.reddit.com/r/nba/comments/35jyp7/up_in_down_out_the_effectiveness_of_draft_day/ Here is a link of draft trades since 2006 for top 25 picks. IT shows some noticeable trends. No one trades out of the top ten into the middle of the draft directly. Sometimes trading back in the top 5 is good (OJ Mayo for Kevin Love was 3 for 5) and sometimes its bad (Tyrus Thomas for LMA was 4 for 2). The Last 3 team trade was in 2012 and involved a lot of players besides just the pick. The biggest drop in the top 10 was on average 3 picks. The algorithm gives and the algorithm takes away
