Very Nice video.... It has definitely changed my views on him. Extremely athletic, already known as a person with good vision and an attacking style,He is physically NBA ready as well so I wouldn't be against the pick up either.

Don't be surprised at two things....

1. Mudiay will get picked up by Philly.
2. Mudiay will have a better NBA career than Russell.

On the flip side, Russell will look better in the triangle, than in Philly's system (whatever that is).

Exactly. How do people pass on a 6'5 pure PG with that type of build and athleticism? And his shot looked quicker and smoother in the video. We can't judge his shooting on these videos. Some will make him look good and some will make him look bad. But the body and athletic ability for a PG are undeniable.

Because Mudiay is eerily similar to #4 2009 draft pick Tyreke Evans. In fact the entire top 4 this year is eerily like the 2009 draft.

This is exactly right. It was considered a 4-man draft for most of the year as far as elite talent. Some people moved Winslow into that as well after his tournament. But Mudiay was always considered a top prospect, on par with the other 3.

This is the first time I would feel okay taking him 4th.

I honestly think he or Okafor will be there at 4.

It didn't look edited at all. If anything, it looks contiguous. He was just running from hoops to hoop getting fed balls by the assistants.

And damn, he looked solid. Dude is part Wall, part Wade, part Evans. If he develops a solid 3pt shot (which is the easiest thing to build up post-draft) then we'd have a franchise talent on our hands.

Well obviously the very first play to the very last and everything in between was not separated just 4 total minutes of real time.

He does. But his size makes him a tweener. But the potential is definitely there.

Based on what I saw in the tournament, he seems like a tweener (2/3) and not really ideal at 2 spot due to poor shooting. I LOVE his hustle and size, but we have Melo at the 3 (for now). As to upside, he doesn't look like his ceiling is too high, but really at this point it's just me speculating. He could be the next Melo.
