The list is short with Euro players. I wouldn't touch Euro players high up in the draft.

Off the top of my head, I would add:

Kukok
AK47
Ilgauskus
Divac

Maybe 1-3 real game changers. Would you draft them high in the draft I would pass. To risky 10 and down.

You have a good point no doubt about it. Its risk reward. I would personally grab Kaminsky and try to get Fuzaro down low but no one can deny the talents that kid has.

While I like Kaminski I would still take Mudiay if Okafor or Towns are not off the board. The reason is I feel he has the ability to make others better. he has enough slashing game and his shot will improve with time. He reminds me of a more athletic Mark Jackson. Mark Jackson was not a great shooter but he was able to use his big frame vs small pgs. This team needs a play maker in a bad way a perimeter player that puts pressure on opposing teams.

Hopefully he has a good showing, Tuesday, and a good interview, tomorrow.

Wonder if any videos from his workout are going to surface.

They have his Lakers workout video. His shooting was not exceptional needs work but nothing that can't be fixed with repetition and hard work. Put it this way Orlando took Payten and his shot isn't great, Mudiay's is better than his.

There's plenty of "gut instinct" involved but I have Mudiay at #4 and Hezonja at #5. I like the risk distribution just a bit better on Mudiay, but it wouldn't shock me if Hezonja puts it together.

Sh-t in the popcorn to go with sh-t on the court. Its a theme show like Medieval times.

I'd add Manu as he played a few years in Italy before getting drafted here.

Sabonis was still a hell of a center for Portland even late in his HOF career.
Peja Stojakovic was an all star.

Thats Three more.

since the game has changed, its apparent more foriegn players have a bigger impact.

Seem to be some issues going on over there, and I thought I heard that they were not playing him as many minutes recently because of his intent to leave for the NBA.

Spectacular talent though...just want to see how tough he is and how consistent he can be in the NBA.

How do you know?..5 pts a game, 2 rebs 1 asst..He is 20 years old...If anything, he seems like player who needs time to develop..He is also 6-6..Winslow is 6-5, a defender and is more advanced as a player...

I've been a fan of trading for Lance for a long time now.

You add Monroe and Lance to this team and I think the Triangle would suddenly make a lot of sense with our personnel.

One of the overseas scouts talked about the playing time thing, I just did not save the quote. Honestly, I don't make rumors up, and stuff like that sticks in my head.

Have to go by what I see, since I cannot see full games.

DExpress has him listed at 6'8" and the Europeans generally don't fudge their heights like our guys do, something American players have been doing forever. Both might grow...who knows.

He does things you don't normally see, and played against good Euro competition.

Winslow is a better defender, from what I can see, but he is not as advanced offensively, sorry.

Winslow is probably a better player within a system, Hezonja is a Pete Maravich type freelancer.

If Winslow's shooting game has been polished up I can see the Knicks taking him- I do find it significant that he and his agent have not released anything yet, even the self-serving type vids we always see.

If we don't see video of him, we have to read between the lines when people on the Knicks release statements or are interviewed about him. If this is the case, hopefully a reliable reporter has a reliable source who gives us the scoop.

Pistol Pete, one of the greatest players ever??? Pete had nothing in common with 5 pts per game..I tried to compare him with Mirotic stats at the same stage..Merotic had all around much better stats...

Wow:

Knicks cancel all but two draft workouts

The New York Knicks today cancelled all remaining scheduled workout today and went on vacation. "We started looking at the sheer number of options out there and quickly decided the best thing to do was just to focus on two players who don't play any defense". Phil Jackson went on to explain that all the scouting and workouts required in the lead up to the draft were very draining, and it made much better sense to only consider Kaminsky and Hezonga, the second cousin of highly regarded euro prospect Hezonja. "It doesn't really make any difference anyways, I have made several promises to not only trade the pick for Kevin Durant, but also to use it to trade and keep WCS- it's a done deal".

More about the flair he seems to play with. Pete was a much better shooter, and a better passer, but Hezonja is the better finisher and athlete. Pete was also an indifferent defender to say the least.

WARNING! I do understand that these videos are as biased as some of the arguments being put out on UK for Stein.

3 newer ones added, one duplicate removed.

Not saying I would take the guy, but if you look at the BB ability HE ALREADY HAS, and the raw talent that is easy to see, it is not hard to imagine that if he has any heart and toughness he can be as good as any player to come out of this draft.

He may be a more athletic Klay Thompson and has a more advanced game than he had at the same age.

Would a team be interested in taking the Thompson we now know in this draft at 4?

D'Angelo Russell reminds me a lot more of Pistol Pete than Hezonja.

Hezonja reminds me of Wilson Chandler but with a harder to spell name.

Hezonja reminds me of Rudy Fernandez (who I used to want us to trade for). His attitude puts me off him though, I've had enough of *******s on this team
