all that talk, hopes and dreams of towns or okafor. sigh. so now what do we do?!!?1?
we're doomed since we cant get Okafor or Towns
that's ok - its a deep draft
trade down and get a lower draft pick and a nice player

As long as Phil doesn't try to outthink himself, we might be better at 4 than 1 or 2.

I think everyone needs to calm down. Go get a big in FA and draft Mudiay, Russell or the best option at SG.

well i think

1. towns - minny
2. okafor - lakers
3. russell - 76ers

i think the best available after that is winslow, mudiay

Knicks should be improved: win about 40 games and maybe sneak into the playoffs. Melo, Rose and even Noah will have some nice moments however this team should be about PORZINGUS. the sooner they make him the primary player, the better

To me, Mudiay is a better prospect than Winslow. You have to take him at 4, if Russell isn't available, which he wont.
Sh-t in the popcorn to go with sh-t on the court. Its a theme show like Medieval times.

He's tweener right now, but I think he transitions to a wing. He played a lot of power forward for Duke, which created a lot of mismatches. He kind of reminds of Quentin Richardson who also had to play power forward for Depaul before transitioning to an NBA wing. Q-Rich was a good athlete before the back injury. I read on one of the draft sites that Winslow's measurements are nearly identical to Lance Stephenson, so that should give you an idea of how Winslow compares to other players size wise.

The Knicks will probably next use draft pick and cap space together in a trade i.e trade Portland our pick in a S+T for Aldridge. If you believe the Knicks are run by Dolan you must believe this is step 2.

We can't even do that- we double traded the pick, so Denver have the right to swap places BUT then the Raptors have the right to that swapped pick- so essentially we would have to trade two assets (one to Denver, one to Toronto), just to get next years pick back. But hey- at least we got Bargs!

This looks set in stone. Towns is a great fit next to Pekovic. Lakers build another dynasty around OK4. Phili covets Russell. That leaves Mud or the best of the rest for the Knicks. They only wrinkle would be if the Wolves or Lakers are so enamored with Russell they take him. Then does Phili take Mudiay or do they add Towns/OK4 to a frontcourt with Embiid/Noels when they have no guards? Ill see it when I believe it... cant really fathom OK/Towns/DR not going 1-3. Stranger things have happened...

why would philly go for mudiay?

they want a guard who is a top shooter especially from 3?
