Russell was very underwhelming today.

His athleticism is an issue for me - For the NBA game and grind I'd go with the big boys or Mudiay - just don't trust his body/atheticism right now.

OK4 starting the game slow. Christmas is playing like he's shook.

I'm trying to catch the Duke/Syracuse game....

Sloppy game. Can't really get a feel for what's going on. I do like Syracuse defense. Just sloppy on offense. I do like Syracuse big men. Christmas made a good move a few minutes ago. I been watching on and off the last few minutes.

Okafor has huge hands and looks cool as a cucumber. Still not sold on how good he's going to be.

I think dukes perimeter players are really good. Very skilled group. Good team defense too. Guys are moving on both ends pretty well.

Syracuse guards are very sloppy. Duke had been controlling then pretty good and that's the game basically.

I'm not looking at a box score but from what I see Christmas looks just as good as okafor. Christmas doesn't move like a center but he's strong and he's passing the ball really well.

Christmas is playing really well. He has had several big time moves inside that he just could not finish. Sucks

Hard to judge Ok4 vs Syracuse since they play exclusive 2-3 matchup zone which designed to limit post touches and crowd the paint....

I tell you what though Winslow is a damn good Basketball player. Had a dope all around game. He fouled out though. I thought his talent stood out.

On Syracuse gbinije looked good or there too

Okafor was very tight after the first few minutes. It will be nearly impossible not to pick ok4 #1 from a saftety standpoint. In fact I think okafor showed another level of rebounding tonight and I thought his 1-1 defense was solid.I felt bad for Xmas he missed like 8-9 bunnies and the only mid range shot he took he made. His footwork at times was poor and he started off by using a jumphook which was short more than once.He should've played more explosive to the hoop he boo med like 6-7 shots passed well but really blew the game for Syracuse missing so many easy shots. Okafor is legit he's tight he's going to be a consistent 20-10 right away in the NBA. He's an enormous interior 4 man with explosive movements huge hands with nimble feet and touch.

I thought Christmas stood out next to okafor. I understand the defense but you can't use that as an excuse. He's going to have to face all kinds of defense. Now okafor did still play well don't get me wrong. He was 23/13...a very quiet game. Alot of put backs and drop off dunks from their great guard play. From what I saw Christmas played better than the 9/6 in the box score. He was 4/16 from the field. I counted at least 4 shots that rimmed out after a really dope move inside. He easily should have had 8 extra points from the small portion of the game I saw

trever cooney for a guy who was a beast at 3s last year was beyond abysmal tonight. Rakeem Cristmas showed up Okafor and now yall have seen how good he is on both ends of the field. He was a bit sloppy in finishing and he made some low IQ fouls on the defensive end but he was really solid. Tyus Jones for Duke is a really good, just wish he were taller.

Okafor played well in terms of rebounding and finishing. Did not really go at Christmas the way Christmas went at him. One thing that I have noticed about Okafor is that he never jumps or gets in the way of guards getting to the basket, he just stands there.

That's what stands out to me about him. He doesn't try to do too much. He's very calm. A few times the ball came to him, he caught it with 1 hand and threw it out to his guys without flinching. So to me that translates to what we need him to do with the Knicks. Run the system. Don't get caught up in what you want to do individually. I think he would Excell with us playing with melo and whoever we decide to invest in.

OK4 was solid and composed. Rakeem needs to come hard the next game. The ability to finish in traffic can mean the difference between a steady NBA per diem or a cup of coffee in Turkey next year. Winslow is solid, but I'd like to see some consistency on that J. I still like Stanley Johnson over him. I think Tyus Jones should leave after this year. He reminds a lot of Tyler Ennis. I think the longer he stays at Duke, the more scouts will pick apart his game.

You could argue that. That dude looks like he can play any position due to his superior all round game, great athleticism and tuffness. Not saying he will be the kind of player Lebron is, but I won't be suprised if he is an all star in his first year.

+1, but but once your on the other end of the floor, especially in the NBA, he needs to wake up and start being an active defender in the paint and not just standing still

Okafor is slightly safer than Towns. Winslows a good player but hes no Okafor. Okafor commands double teams and simply bully his defender. One thing I noticed was Okafor backing down Christmas in the post--Rakeem is close to 250. When he gets the ball anywhere near the post he is ultra quick going back up with it and hes good at finishing. Thats why he is shooting 65%.
