Although the more reality side of me wanted to see the Knicks lose to benefit them, I am happy with the way has been playing.
He caught fire....and didn't care who was guarding him. He was decisive. Thats when he's at his best.
Has to do more of this. I sometimes feel he likes to stay in the background and not be assertive.
If you heard the broadcast, Clyde indicated that Gallo had come to him 2 or 3 times for talks about the basketball. It was also mentioned that he sat with Earl Monroe on some kind of trip. Not sure, but I think Frazier said Galloway was the only Knick who has done this, which seems amazing.
Add this to the story that he met Billups, a hero of his, at the All-Star game, and there is some kind of relationship going on.
Got to say he's talking to some good people, and hopefully he soaks up some info.
He also has Jim Cleamons as a coach, a guy who was not a great player, but someone more in line with Galloway's ability, although I haven't heard about any special relationship they have.
