I love Mathews but we cannot afford to pay him wit the holes we have

If he is willing to take less to join us, something like 30m for 4 years, player option for 4th

And we should only sign him if we can pair him with a team that would fit and still have the ability to contend
I just do not think he is good enough and he isn't exactly young or old

Would rather pay Draymond Green MAX than overpaying for Mathews
Don't know how much Green can actually make but I believe it is much lower as he would be in his 3rd or 4th year only so MAX is much less and probably 1/2 of what CA would be making
Something like what Parsons is currently making
