Why would a team offer us anything

But dead weight salary which we need to preserve for 2015

I doubt Phil takes a salary hit for this yr[for tax reasons]

Nor next year[for available cap reasons]

With GMs knowing Phil is banking 10-15times their payThey'll make him eat this decision and bank on the fact the $2mil saved

Is more precious at this point and they can get him for free

Is that how it works?

You tell us "Mr. Travis Wear is Part of The Knicks Future Nalod"

This is what you latch onto? For years I give you a rally call!!!

The future? Could be the rest of the season? Maybe a month. Dude is not cut is he?
Sometimes you develop yoot. Its a concept foreign to instant "fire fish" gradification crowd.
A cheap contract who gets the triangle concept is of value.

Thats the future. If not, you have your rallying call. You the man!!!

Nalod some people don't understand the Knicks are going to try and develop some players. When the Spurs have guys they hold on to and develop, they're geniuses. If the Knicks start to do that suddenly it's a bad move and won't work. We can't ignore developing cheap prospects and Phil is doing that. He's gradually trying to find players that might eventually fit in as role players having been in the system for a while. The thing is it can take time and you have to be patient.

Surprised someone who needed center help didn't offer us a 2nd for him. But I guess, if they are lucky and a contender, he will just sign there anyway.

Now we have some roster spots coming up for the Greek kid and Galloway...
